Add stevia or your favorite natural sweetener to taste if desired. Mix together chopped peanuts and flaxseed. Layer flaxseed in a small glass and then the yogurt. Top with sliced bananas, more chopped nuts, a piece of chocolate and a dash of cinnamon.
